Welcome to the Brentwood Chess Club Website.

Brentwood Chess Club is a thriving local chess club, located in Essex, UK. Currently, there are around 30 active members within the club, who range in strength from beginner level right through to National Master class.

The Club meets regularly, throughout the year, on Tuesday evenings from 7.30pm, at The Rising Sun, Ongar Road, Brentwood. The Club fields seven teams across two separate chess leagues, to cater for the needs of all players. An annual Club Championship and a host of other competitions and events are also held throughout the year.
